We are passionate about creating peace on earth by creating it first within! As within, so without! As Above, So Below! Yoga and sound healing are two powerful practices that help us to release that which is no longer serving us including toxic lifestyles, past injuries, addictions, compulsions and stress and helps us to align with and empower our us to be in our Higher Selves.
Heather is a teacher on the Harbin Hot Springs Yoga Staff and offers weekly scheduled classes as well as bimonthly intensives, workshops and retreats. She has been practicing Hatha, Siddha, and Kundalini styles of yoga for 30 years and has studied with some of the greatest teachers of our time including Yogi Bajan and Gurmukh Kalsa of the Golden Bridge in Los Angeles. She is certified in Anahata Yoga. In addition Heather infuses her classes with the wisdom of her training as an Essene Master Healer, Reiki Master, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reflexologist, and Deep Emotional Release Energy Healer. She has been studying and practicing shamanic sound healing for nearly 15 years and has studied with many renown shamanic sound healers including Tom Kenyan, Paulo Roberto and Karina Shelde. She also sings, chants and plays Crystal Singing Bowls and percussion instruments; studied classical ballet, and is a sacred temple snake priestess and dancer.
In 2011, Heather teamed up with Donny Regalmuto and their love and passion for music, sound and healing gave birth to the very popular Yoga and Sound Immersions and Mystical Alchemy Journeys! During the two hour Yoga & Sound Immersions students are guided through a practice through a gentle hip and heart opening warm up. Then we use Chi-Nei-Tsang as taught by Master Mantak Chia, to tone the organs with the use of Sacred Sounds, Colors, Imagery, Crystal Bowls and Donny Regals exquisite soundscapes on his magical keyboards! DONNY REGAL
Donny works with music as a spiritual source of inspiration, healing and spiritual awakening. He has provided musical support for spiritual events, ceremonies, dances and Tantric pujas for the last twenty five years and has worked with Sophia and other spiritual recording artist as a producer and musician to create many Spiritual and New age albums. He has studied the work of Margo Anand, Lori Grace Star and Mantak Chia and Marshal Rosenberg, Robert Gonzales and has been integrating this work into his intimate relationships for many years. He is highly versed in Compassionate Communication and is constantly integrating it into his Tantric practice. He is the developer of "The Lover's Language."
In 2009 Donny left Hawaii and moved to California and then to Middletown next to Harbin Hot Springs. Currently, Donny teaches classes, workshops and retreats; and produces and creates multimedia music, dance and sound healing rituals, New Moon Sound and Energy Healing Ceremonies for World Peace.
